Whats included?

• Welcome hamper on arrival
• Weekly clean, towel & linen change

• All utility bills including air-conditioning
• Friendly English/Turkish speaking manager based in Kalkan.

We will confirm your reservation & provide information on payment options. Your dates will be provisionally reserved for 2 days pending payment.

You can choose to pay a deposit of £100 per week booked,or up to the full amount. All balances must be paid 10 weeks prior departure.

A security deposit of £ 150 for the penthouse & £ 350 for the Villa is payable with your final balance. This will be returned 14 days after your departure or after our managers have confirmed that all is in order.

Payment Options:

Secure Online Payments via Paypal: Make payments by credit/ debit card using the Paypal system. Upon receipt of an online booking form, we will send you the link.

Bank Transfers: On receipt of an online or postal booking form we will confirm our bank details.
